Shara asked: My husband just went overseas on Dec. 5th, apparently, we already have 396.6 either $ or minutes not included in our plan somehow, through roaming, etc… or international calls. I thought that you were just charged your minutes if the calls were incoming (We have T-Mobile).
And, I know that they used to not charge extra for domestic calls in the USA if there wasn’t service in your area when we first had our plan.
They won’t even tell me how much our next bill will be, or accept power of attorney to tell me what’s going on, what we’re being charged for, and how much will clear when the bill is deducted from our account.
I want to change services ASAP, and I will pay to break the contract with T-Mobile.
Problem is, I’m having a hard time finding details on international call charges for either incoming OR outgoing on any competing cell phone providers websites.
So, If you’ve had a good experience with a cell phone provider overseas that offers reasonable rates, please let me know. What type of plan did you have? What did it cost, etc??
Thanks!
